The USA made Fender 3250L Super Bullet Strings are made out of steel and plated with pure nickel – this provides you with the tonal power of steel strings with the smooth nickel feel which results in less finger noise. They also feature Fender’s Dura-tone patented string coating which helps to increase the life of your strings without sacrificing tone. Fender have basically ‘vintage modified’ their original bullets – the ‘super bullets’. 

‘Bullet’ Ends - Greater Tuning Stability & Sustain

Unlike normal electric guitar strings, the Super Bullets feature Fender’s newly patented yet vintage bullet-ends, designed specifically for Fender Stratocasters (Made in Mexico & USA). The end of the string tunnel in the bridge of Fender Stratocasters (Mexico & USA) is in the shape of a bullet – the Super Bullet string ends are ‘bullet’ shaped, and therefore fit perfectly to prevent sticking and twisting like other ‘ball end’ strings - this improves bridge-string coupling and provides you with greater tuning stability and overall sustain. These strings are also supplied in environmentally friendly packaging. The string gauges are - .010 (E), .013 (B), .017 (G), .026 (D), .036 (A), .046 (E) and the model code is 3250R.
