Very comfortable strap. This is the first time I've used one so can't compare this to others, but it's simple to use - although it looks complicated you just pull the nozzle up or down to tighten or loosen it. The part that attaches to the thumb plate sort of gets in the way of your wrists while you play but you soon get used to it and forget about it. Enclosed is a small flat thing which I think hooks over the thumb plate though it's not clear how or what it's for. There are minimal instructions with this strap so I just put the thumb thing over my thumb plate and it makes it slightly softer on the thumb - maybe this is what it's for! Good though - very happy with it.
