The Cherub Metronome in Pink is a traditional pyramid shaped mechanical metronome which offers you a wide range of tempos and has a useful bell to keep you in time as you play.

Wide range of tempos

The Cherub Metronome has a large speed range – you can set it from 40 to 208bpm to suit a wide range of tempos from ‘grave’ to ‘prestissimo’. The bpm scale on the back plate is also labelled with Italian tempo terms so you can set it to the correct tempo even when your sheet music does not have a tempo mark! It is mechanical so does not require batteries - simply wind it up, move the weight on the pendulum up/down to your required tempo and then set the pendulum swinging to start the metronome ticking.

Useful bell

A fantastic feature of the purple Cherub Metronome is the bell which chimes on the first beat of the bar and clicks on the other beats (or you can turn the bell completely off). To set the bell simply pull the bell lever out to the desired quantity of beats in the bar (2, 3, 4, or 6 beats in the bar) and then swing the pendulum.

Traditional design with modern styling

The design of the Cherub Metronome in pink combines the traditional pyramid shape with modern styling; its chrome swinging pendulum, bell lever and windup key is complimented with its pink casing and matte white plastic tempo (bpm) back plate braded ‘Cherub’ in black print. It also features a useful clear plastic cover which protects the pendulum when not in use and has useful grips on the sides/top. Approx. dimensions are 20.5cm x 12cm.
